Magen Washilewski
Magen Washilewski joined the team at N4Cs in April 2024. Magen comes to N4Cs after serving as the Executive Director of the NAMI Luzerne-Wyoming Counties PA for the past decade. In her former role she focused on reaching all demographics of the service area by providing support, education, and advocacy efforts to the community regarding information on mental health.
Facilitating educational programs to individuals, their friends and family members, and numerous professional/community groups Magen ardently promoted the need for more awareness, understanding and funding for mental health efforts. She has experience in offering programming and trainings to law enforcement, educators, medical professionals as well as colleagues in the human services field. Magen is also an experienced grant writer, and her legal background has proved invaluable working in the nonprofit sector.
Assistant Director-
Danielle Pearson
Danielle serves as the Assistant Director here at N4Cs and the Teen Center Director at the For the Cause Teen Center. She has an extensive background in running summer camp programs and is dedicated to providing the best experience to campers!
In addition to our Kid's Camp programs, Danielle over sees the membership department, oversees our part time staff members, and assists in managing the day-to-day operations at the center

The Board of Directors is N4Cs governing body and is responsible for long-term planning and strategic goals.
The Board meets every 4th Tuesday of the Month at the Center at 6 pm.
*Open mic time will allow community members the opportunity to speak to the board. This time will occur from 6-7 pm*
