Sit 'N' Fit

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
10 AM – 10:30 AM
Located in the N4Cs Gymnasium
Fee: Free for Members / $3 Non-Members
Sit N Fit is a chair-based exercise program that consists of stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise, supplemented with standing balance exercises and walking. This is a perfect way to stay active. Come for the workouts and stay for the friendships.
The Benton Senior Center at N4Cs
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am-2 pm
The senior center is a social group for seniors through the Office of Aging. Offering a variety of planned programming, as well as recreational free time to gather and socialize. In addition, the kitchen allows for the perfect place for seniors to enjoy meals together.
