N4Cs Makes Steady Progress with Strategic Plan
Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center (N4Cs) is making steady progress with its strategic plan. This past weekend the consultants conducted six focus groups with community members: Families with children, Students, Community leaders, Senior citizens, Former N4Cs' members, and N4Cs' donors. In addition, Benton Mayor Jan Swan shared with our consultant her understanding of local demographics, the economic climate of the region, and initiatives that are underway to bring more jobs to the community. Finally, we closed the strategic planning survey after receiving responses from a diverse cross section of the community.
N4Cs thanks everyone who participated in any way with this data gathering phase of our planning process. The next step is an analysis of the information received, followed by a meeting with N4Cs' board and consultants to discuss results of the data collection and to identify strategic issues and questions. We'll keep you posted on our continuing progress.
