N4Cs Launches Strategic Planning Survey
Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center (N4Cs) has begun developing a strategic plan with the help of Unger Consulting Services, Philadelphia, to help it achieve a sustainable future. As part of that plan, it has created a Strategic Planning Survey to solicit input from the surrounding communities. The survey asks both N4Cs Members and Non-Members their opinions about the Center’s programs and services. It is available by going to the Center’s Web site www.N4Cs.org and clicking on Strategic Planning Survey, or by stopping by the Center to complete it. Deadline for completion is January 31, 2012.
The results of this survey will be critically important in helping the Center better serve surrounding communities by assessing the desire for programs and services. This Strategic Planning Survey is only one aspect of data gathering. N4Cs is also conducting several focus groups to gather opinions from Non-Members and completing self-assessment forms from all committees at the Center. If you would like to participate in one of the focus groups or track the progress of the Strategic Planning process please call the Center (925-0163) or go to its Web site and follow the directions given under N4Cs Strategic Planning Project.
