Open Letter from Rob Hutchison, Director N4Cs
During this chaotic time, I wanted to let you know that we at the Community Center are still here in Benton, and have many useful items and facilities available for our neighbors.
The Center has food available, canned goods, MREs (Military Ready to Eat), non-perishables and much more. We also have “Flood Buckets” which contain cleaning supplies, garbage bags, disinfectants, and paper towels. Many of our neighbors have generously donated personal care supplies, toothpaste, soap, and feminine hygiene products.
We are currently inviting ANYONE in this area who needs to use our facilities for hot showers, information gathering, food, or cleaning supplies, to come and allow us to serve our purpose as Northern Columbia County Community and Cultural Center.
Please pass this on, and if you have a neighbor in need, please contact the center or come on their behalf. If you can assist the elderly, please contact the Center. Those persons in need do not have to be Benton residents; we would like to help all areas.
