Adult Zumba Fitness Class

Zumba® Fitness Class

Dates: Every Monday (5:30pm – 6:30pm)
Tuesday & Thursday (7:45pm – 8:45pm)
Cost: $4 per class for Members, $6 per class for Non-members.
Notes: Babysitting is available.
Description: Zumba® Fitness is a cardio and toning workout that combines Latin music with Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco, and Samba dance steps. The results is an invingorating workout that energizes participants.

Zumba® Gold

Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday. 10:00am – 11:00am.
Cost:
$4 per class for Members; $6 per class for Non-members.
Notes
: Zumba® for Seniors.
Description: Similar as Zumba® Fitness as described above, but less stress on the knees and joints.


Yoga

Dates: Mondays, 6:00pm - 7:00pm April 2 - May 7
Cost:
$20 for Members, $30 for Non-members.
Notes: Advance registration is required.

Sit 'N Fit

Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. 10:00am – 10:30am.

Free for Members; Non-members need a Day Pass.

Description:
Sit and Fit will keep you active and strong. The class offers exercise while sitting; it consists of stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise, supplemented with some standing balance exercises and walking, this is a perfect way to stay active. Come for the workouts and stay for the friendships. M, W, F in the gymnasium at 10am year round. Free to Members, Non-Members must purchase a Guest Pass. The class runs year round.

Stretch and Flex

Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. 10:30am – 11:00am.
Cost:
Free for Members; Non-members need a Day Pass.
Description: This class consists of stretching exercises in order to gain more flexibility for the participants. The resting comes at the end of the class, using breathing and relaxation techniques. Free for Members, Non- Members must purchase a guest pass. The class runs year round.


Men's Open Gym Basketball

Dates: Every Monday, 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
Cost: Free for Members; Non-members need a Day Pass.

Men's Volleyball Open Gym

Dates: Every Wednesday, 6:00pm - 9:00pm.
