Exploring Oil Painting

Dates: Wednesdays, 11:00am - 12:15, January 11 - February 29.
Cost: $60 for Members, $80 for Non-members.
Notes: Instructor Karen Reigel. Minimum number of participants is 6, with a maximum of 12. Participants need to provide their own supplies. A 24 sheet 12"x18" white drawing pad, pencil, oil pastels 12 or 16 pack, scissors, watercolor 8 pack, small bottle of Elmer's glue, and an art smock.
Description: If you want to paint with oil- you can! No matter your level of “artistic expertise”, you will leave this class with your own original oil paintings (subjects of your personal choosing). We will experiment with color, composition, texture and other elements of oil painting. The instructor will work with your individual goals and concerns. The instructor encourages people with some prior experience to register as well.
