Mission Statement

The Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center (N4Cs) is a community-based organization dedicated to meeting the educational, cultural, and physical needs of the communities it serves by maintaining an environment that fosters inter-generational understanding, social and emotional stability, high moral standard, and physical fitness through recreation, friendly competition and good fun. It also fosters an appreciation for, and knowledge of, the history and culture of the area, without regard to age, sex, race, color, creed, national origin, religious belief or financial ability.
