Fitness/Cardio Room:
NCCCC offers a wide variety of fitness equipment, incentive programs and friendly, knowledgeable staff that are available to assist you. Our cardiovascular equipment includes elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent cycles, and stationary bikes. We offer an eight machine circuit of new Paramount strength-training equipment. Free weight equipment includes Smith Machine, and Dual Pulley Machine as well as a wide variety of free weight equipment.
